We have decided to develop our first idea it is a lot more rounded out in terms of the story and gameplay than our second idea and all members of the team are much more invested in it and so have a range of ideas to further develop the game.

The game must be a functional demo that contains a playable character that has different animations, an environment for the character to roam and props within it, and a soundtrack.

The assets created for the game are meaningful to it overall and are of a good technical standard and quality. The character expresses emotion and can interact with props. The soundtrack includes sound effects and voice-overs that enhance the gameplay. There should be a main menu as well as a restart page for when the player dies. Lastly, there is physics within the game.
